Meet the Team
Drew Pederson
Principal Architect
Drew is a licensed architect with a passion for creating spaces that are as meaningful as they are enduring. With roots in the South and a childhood spent moving across the country, Drew developed an early appreciation for a diversity of landscapes and architectural styles. He earned his undergraduate degree in Interior Architecture while playing football at Samford University, and went on to receive his Master of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati.
During his time at UC, Drew took full advantage of the university’s renowned co-op program, gaining hands-on experience with respected firms including Bradley E. Heppner Architecture in Atlanta, McAlpine in Nashville, and Nequette Architecture & Design in Birmingham. These experiences helped shape his refined yet grounded approach to design.
Drew has spent the last 5 years working full-time under Bobby McAlpine at their Nashville studio.
Drew now lives in Lexington, Kentucky, with his wife AnnMarie, their son Lincoln, and their German Shorthaired Pointer, Randy.
